Mazurca Uacia-ch’al-Pianz - to give the first tune its original Piemontese title - was composed by Enzo Conti, melodeon player with I Tre Martelli. The scottishe comes from an album by Breton melodeon player Etienne Grandjean, but was actually written by jazz trumpeter Michel Marre.
